A warm welcome with coffee and homemade cake. Room was nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely. There were plenty of eateries and pubs nearby and the lake was only a short walk away. The perfect base.

Enjoyed the whole experience. Lovely well appointed room. Especially great to have a fridge since we were having a March heatwave! A lovely place to stay. Paul and Nicky were very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The room was very comfortable and clean and facilities such as tea/coffee and cake was an added bonus. The off street parking proved to be very handy as the street is full of parked cars and we would have had to park on a different street had this not been available.
