We only stayed there one night and it was wonderful. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and presentable. We will come again.

The rooms large but the cleanliness of the rooms needs improvement. The corners had dust! And the tub could have use some bleach.The staff was super nice the pool was heated that's a plus! The family pool area had ants by Chairs and the pool could use a refurbished there was two big holes in the pool that could cut someone toe! Don't recommend this hotel at all!

Everything was perfect. The Staff was very helpful. I don't have any complaints. Can't wait to come back and stay there. We won't stay anywhere else. Thank you for an amazing stay

It was an okay stay had issues with not having enough towels for 4 people. Shower also did not have a curtain either. The location of the hotel was nice very easy to get to Disney from this location. Restaurants were really good as well.

Concierge was super nice and professional, I forgot her name but it was a lady working that night when we got there around midnight. Room was nice, heater worked great since it was freezing outside, clean and simple, how it should be.
