Stayed 2 nights (2 sep. bookings, didn't know I'd need 2 stay again - KING Suite both times).
~1st booking: got in super late & went straight 2 bed w/out noticing much; in the morn, found dirty socks on floor - next 2 couch (how did Rm Serv miss it?), broken TV remote & hair dryer was beyond disgusting.
Ugghhh...!!!
~2nd booking: got in late again (Fri N - Sat M); Again, a king suite...
*1st room had broken lock (SAFETY), requested 2B moved; was then reprimanded for 'touching the room', like I knew I'd have 2 unpack & re-pack my toiletries and PJs.
*2nd room (downgrade 2 a reg King) had a broken Heater - Rm was @55-60° (Fr arrival 'til moved AGAIN - 1hr later); currently have a cold.
*3rd room (downgrade AGAIN, 2 a reg double bed) had it's own issues; phone was broken (No 911 calls if you're cell is dead), broken lamp USB charging port, broken TV remote & toilet seat felt lose & unstable.
~Saturday morn, went down right B4 9a (posted breakfast hrs were 'til 10a) and found everything shut down... I questioned employee & he said "it was closed - only wknds 'til 10", I clarified it was a SATURDAY, he then said "his wife had started too early that day". He reopened after more guests arrived & got upset.
Ugghhh...!!!
*After ALL the inconveniences - BOTH nights, not 1 apology nor customer retention attempt was made (with any discount nor incentive) for any possible future booking from the hotel; Sadly hotels.com doesn't attempt remedies either.
Overall BAD Business!
