Customer service deficient!!
I would not waste my money coming here again!
Staff definitely need some serious customer service training.
Everything was just too much effort for them.
There were 4 of us in a room with one roll of toilet paper. After 1 night I had to request some more. It was left on the dressing table, not even put into the bathroom.
The room was so hot we did not know what to do with ourselves. My poor grandchildren felt ill, and the windows opened only slightly. The aircon could only go to 16, so very uncomfortable in the room. The shower was a trickle, my granddaughter and I have long hair, so another nightmare. After more than a month of booking this hotel and spa, we were sent an email stating that the Hotel would be only B&B for the time we were there and the pool closed. No prior notifications and unable to get a refund as it was now so late. I emailed the hotel complaining about this, to be told twice, the General Manager would get back to me.
What a joke.
No pleasant greetings when we arrived at the hotel, so 2 bad starts already. . The breakfast was really horrible. The egg was dried out and like rubber, sausage and bacon the same Feedback from the grandkids - 'the baked beans were nice".
It is such a shame because we had looked so foward to our precious time away and the hotel looks nice inside but the management/staff leave a lot to be desired.
