The door to my room would not shut without having to lift it while closing it.
Housekeeping was very inconsistent and never quite got it together.
Internet went out for one day so no television available.
Fire alarm went off at 7:15 AM when someone burned something in the kitchen break room clearing out the hotel.

Disappointed in the lack of housekeeping service.
The room, hotel very nice but they did NOT provide housekeeping service. Front desk staff was not truthful about it when we requested our room to be cleaned. They said they were short staffed but someone would be coming - that never happened. When asked again, they said “oh, we will ck into it”…. Never heard back

Hotels.com SUCKS BUTT
The hotel was great, but my interactions with hotels.com were terrible. 1) I had to move my nonrefundable reservation, which I did with the virtual agent 2) received a confirmation via email that the change was made 3) showed up to the hotel and they did not have the change, so I had to pay separately for the hotel after already paying the full price for an additional night for the change with hotels.com 4) hotels.com was supposed to call the hotel to make the change and did not 5) now hotels.com will not refund my money, and says the hotel has to. They are wrong, since the hotel never received notification of the change and now I have paid an exorbitant amount of money to this service.

Parking and lot conditions.
The room was clean. Wish the parking cost was on Hotels.com. I believe the standards are lacking in the parking lot. Trash overfilling the receptacles.

We only stayed one night, but it was a very nice night. We didn't use any of the amenities because we were just passing through. All of the staff that we dealt with were Great!
Thing I didn't like? 12 bucks to park. Come on! I understand in a big downtown city area, but the suburbs? Money Grab, at its finest...

Did a one-nighter at this hotel on a quick getaway from phoenix. Very beautiful, mountain scenery is really nice, breakfast was good, rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Also have a nice happy hour. Had an issue with a staff member but management was very professional and understanding, and quickly remedied the issue. I would book there again.

Disappointed
Used to be our favorite hotel in Tucson. After our stay last night we will not come back. Tall shower head didn’t work. Breakfast was terrible. I asked for 2 fried eggs over medium. They were under cooked and swimming in a plate of oil. The cook poured the eggs onto a plate oil and all. The sausage links were soo over cooked they were like jerky. There wasn’t any juice. The potatoes were undercooked. Still crunchy. We will not return

The room was tiny. The towels we got would have made good sandpaper, and there weren’t enough for 2 people. The restaurant was understaffed. I got a piece of sausage that was so cold I couldn’t even eat it. On a Friday evening, they had one poor lady to run the bar, take orders, and serve the food. I’ve stayed at Embassy Suites for years. This one was poorly managed.

Very nice hotel surrounded by Catalina Foothills
Overall, we were very satisfied with the stay in Embassy Suites. The staff was very friendly, always helpful and accommodating. The only issue was the room cleanliness. The floor was covered with hair. Apart from that, we enjoyed our stay and come back in future.
