The front desk staff was helpful and informative. The food at the restaurant was good. The breakfast selections were amazing and delicious! The hotel was once elegant but now a bit tired, especially the carpet. Bus stop is a block away. Not anything else really that's vlose by.

Not a 4 star hotel.
This is definitely not a 4 star hotel. Maybe in the 80s it was but now it DEFINITELY is not. Very dissapointed to have stayed here. Everything was old and the room smelled like old cigarettes. The AC did not work either. The room was big but definitely not worth the money.

This property looks nothing like the photos don’t let them fool you. The curtains had holes in them, the sofa was ripped up, and the whole place was dark and smelled like cigarettes in the halls. half of the lights on the first floor hallway don’t work so your walking through a dark hallway that is not welcoming what do ever. It is not a convenient walk to a shuttle to Venice either. You have to walk through a park that at night is quite unnerving to walk through especially if you are alone. I thought the staff was nice at first, but when I asked for an extra pillow because they only gave me one they told me no and to go back to bed. Very strange. I loved Venice, but my one regret is staying here. I should have splurged a little more and stayed in actual Venice. You get what you pay for I guess.

Stay at Russot
Very outdated, the place has very old carpet which makes the place have a funky smell. The place looks like it has not been remodeled since it first opened. The shower did not have a shower head, the main light of our room did not work. The AC surprisingly worked fine.

Property is very nice and a quiet neighborhood, close to public transportation and Venice city the only thing restaurants are far from restaurants. Hotel needs a restaurant inside or close by

Apparently it was a bordello. The signs have been taken off the building, paint and wallpaper peeling off the walls, non drinkable water (and they had no water bottles we could buy!). It felt like we were being scammed being there. We were all put up there by an event management company for a work project in Venice. It is a long bus and boat ride into Venice. And it was not Cheap! TERRIBLE! Beware!!!!

The hotel was nice, it had a antique feeling to it but nonetheless, it was great! The hotel room had more than an ample amount of space and the staff was very kind. Clara was very helpful in the front desk and provided. great info and advice for our trip to Venezia. The hotel is about 5 minute walk to the tram that takes you to the islands of Venezia, which is a 15 minute ride into the city. The hotel has a bar, restaurant, ballroom, and many other amenities.

This was another stop-over for me & my two children. We booked last-minute on a daily basis as we drove through Europe. This was our accommodation for our Venice visit. Outside looks nicer than inside insofar as the modern look of the building wasn't reflected beyond the lobby area. So rooms were quite old-fashioned but acceptable for the price we paid.

I was lucky that I booked this room close enough but not into Venice which is in sea water. Parking was free and did not have carry my luggage around with me from hotel.
