We had to stay a night near airport due to a flight delay. It was brutally cold that night and we stood waiting for the airport shuttle for a long time. When I called the front desk to ask about it, they said we were at the wrong gate and should be at C and not B. Anyway, we had a disabled person in a wheelchair and had already gone a great distance to get to what the airport termed the "hotel" pickup. I just wish there was more guidance from the hotel...maybe a follow up email upon registration.....to tell exactly where and how to get the shuttle. It is very difficult when you have luggage and a wheelchair you are trying to navigate. We ended up having to pay for an Uber instead. We also usually get free waters at check-in from other Hiltons but this one did not offer that as a Hilton Honors Program member.

Door to my room left open
The floor above me had some sort of water leak that went pouring into my room/bathroom while I was not there. At no point did the hotel try to contact me as employees and contractors were in my room with all my belongings. I understand in an emergency, you need to send people in to address it. However, when I came back to my room late at night my door was open and anyone could have walked in. Anybody in the hotel could have walked into my room, taken my belongings or messed with my belongings. The only reassurance I received was I could be moved to a different room since there was a fan in my room and a dehumidifier in the hallway with power cord and water drainage running into my bathroom. There was no consideration to me as a guest. So if you choose to stay here, good luck.

The assigned room’s TV did not work, the phone did not work, the shower had a dirty floor. The staff finally switched us to a different room, which was fine.

Needs better customer service
Took over 30 mins for sole agent to checkin the four parties ahead of us. Since we prepaid, all we needed was a key. Van driver stood behind counter and watched doing nothing.
Van driver back to airpot in the morning left 5 min early with empty seats in van.
Property was clean and comfortable.
