Highly recommend giving this hotel a chance. Yes, it looks like a car park from the outside, but how long do you intend to spend looking at that view when you have a wonderful sea pool and and are positioned literally on the edge of the sea. The highlights of this hotel are the views, it's cleanliness, comfortable firm beds, amazing water pressure in the shower, a huge sea water pool and the courteous, friendly, hard working, helpful staff. I had an issue that needed attention. Reception listened and referred me to the manager. We had an amicable discussion and the situation was resolved. The manager clearly appreciates his staff and has realistic ambitions to improve the hotel. The restaurant chef's catered to my garlic intolerance and cooked me meet or fish without garlic. This was well above and beyond what I would have expected in a 3* hotel. Huge thanks to them. The not so good. The hotel is of concrete construction, typical of the period, tired and in need of a range of repairs. If you can see past this and remember that you have probably paid a relatively low price you should enjoy your holiday. One thing we definitely found irritating was the number of smokers. It was possible to find sunbeds that were spaced out more and further from the bar so we managed to minimise the impact. The hotel should definitely consider allocating non smoking areas in the bar and in the pool patio areas. We would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Terrible. En las habitaciones encontramos cucarachas. Vivas y muertas, lo cual denota una falta de higiene total. Decidimos abandonar el alojamiento tras la primera noche. EL hotel no se portó bien y no nos quiso devolver el dinero de todas las noches no disfrutadas. En definitiva, no recomiendo para nada el hotel, ya que está viejo, descuidado y la limpieza brilla por su ausencia. El todo incluido de la comida solo era de 2 horas al día lo cual ya NO es TODO incluido. En fin. No volveremos y no lo recomendamos

Très bon rapport qualité prix au sud de Tenerife
Bon rapport qualité prix. Un peu défraîchi, mais c'est compensé par une équipe sympa, un service au top et une pension complète tout à fait correcte. Hôtel à côté de l'aéroport du Sud, à 10 mn des plages commerciales (Los Cristianos etc.) et à 20 mn des deux plages de la montagne rouge (Montaña Roja à faire avec ses deux plages et cette petite rando à +200m environ). C'est mieux d'avoir une voiture, car le spot est limité avec un petit bourg commercial avec une petite laguna qui n'ont rien à voir avec les gros équipements commerciaux et qui ne sont pas d'un point de vue nature et paysage super fantastiques. Donc en deux mots, très bon camp de base avec un bon rapport qualité prix pour visiter Ténérife avec une voiture et le confort de la pension complète. La piscine d'eau salée est immense et sympa et ma femme a bien apprécié l'animation aqua gym.
