Room was definitely not a 5* for the price. Just a regular hotel room with a over priced fee. The lobby was nice thou. It would be nice if they put the same love into decorating the actual hotel rooms where guest spend most of their time like they do the lobby.

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times before in the past and have enjoyed my stay. I was given a room on a floor that didn’t have a working ice machine. I called the front desk and was told that it would be fix by morning and of course it wasn’t. The room was very dusty and bathroom needed a deep clean of the light fixtures. Windows needed to be power washed as well. Also the hotel could use and upgrade of new furniture through out the building for the price. I won’t stay again.

Big name hotel with terrible reception/preparednes
Staff for parking and concierge were polite and pro-active. The staff at the reception was rude and did not provide right information about food or lounge. The room was clean but toilet flush was not working which got corrected in couple of hours. No conditioner provided in the bathroom. There were plenty of parking spaces and the visitor could have parked myself. I do not understand why valet service was necessary. It’s kind of pull out more money from the visitor’s pocket.

Slow service made stay not so comfortable
I was really looking forward to a relaxing getaway. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by excessive and noisy maintenance work that seemed to go on throughout the day. The constant drilling, sawing, and hammering (picture attached of worker reflection in the stairwell next to my room door) made it impossible for me to get any rest or enjoy some quiet time in my room. Additionally, when I asked for extra bath robes to accommodate my entire party, the response was slow, and we had to ask several times before getting them. The request took a long time. To make matters worse, when I requested a microwave to heat up some food, it took an inordinate amount of time (more than an hour) to arrive. I had to call the front desk multiple times to follow up on my request, which was frustrating and inconvenient. While the hotel itself has a lot of potential, the lack of attention to guest comfort and the slow service really detracted from my stay.
