Missing essentials
We had a disappointing start to our stay when we were told that the hotel had only ONE luggage trolley! So, two octogenarians had to make several trips each to carry our luggage and parcels and a medical device up to our room. We had to do the same when we left. As you can see from our occupancy dates we were there over Christmas so had extra parcels etc. to bring in as we were reluctant to leave them in the car in the parking lot. Why was there only one luggage trolley in the hotel?
The room was clean and nicely appointed.
On the second day no facecloths were left in the bathroom. As we both us a facecloth my husband went looking for a housekeeping staff in the hall. When he found one he was told that they were all out and they needed what they had for a tour! When my husband pointed out that we were guests too he was given two facecloths to bring back to the room.
Why was there as shortage of facecloths and luggage trolleys?
The hotel is close to our son’s home where all the Christmas activities were being held.
We stayed at the Pan Pacific for its convenient location.
Actually, we were there from the 24th to the 26th.

Stayed here for two night. Love the location easy access to downtown. The property is going through renovations, the first morning they had no hot water due to some issues.

Very good.
We asked for microwave oven in the room, as we have a new born and needed to warm up milk. We also asked for an hour late check out. We were accommodated for both . Room is nice, clean and comfortable. We used to come here as couple so this our choice with the baby as well.

Excellent weekend
The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants, major roads, and grocery stores. After a long day of appointments and meetings, it felt so good to relax in a big and neat room as what we had.
