Bed comfy. Breakfast great, as was the server.
Room (112) had a stain on the ceiling. Half the light switches did nothing. Room far too dark. The whole system is batty, pop some labels or explanations up. Bathroom sink was blocked. Bathroom door handle very difficult to use, stiff, slippery & worn.
All of these are simple, minor glitches but indicative of poor attention to detail. Don't charge high prices and position yourself as premium if you don't hold yourself to high standards.
Pretty disappointing, felt a bit contemptuous TBH.
