Inconvenienced and annoyed
The top level of the parking structure was blocked so I had to go upstairs to walk onto the ramp that leads into the hotel. Once inside the hotel, I had to take the escalator down to get on the ground floor. I asked if I could be put in the same tower my friends were in and they wanted to charge me more. I went to the room and the key didn't work. I talked to the maid and she said the TV wasn't working and they shouldn't have given me that room. I had to go back to check-in. I asked if I could be moved to the same tower my friends were in again as compensation for the TV inconvenience and they wanted to charge me more. When I finally got settled into the room, I discover the faucet for the bathroom sink wasn't working. When I checked out, no compensation for the sink either.

Dirty room, no room service, and dirty tables
Stay for four nights, room cleaning service never came. Ran out of towels and toilet papers. Front desk then told us room service is “on demand only”. What kind of crap is that?! We then requested room service on the second day because the trash cans were completely full. The cleaning crew still didn’t come. Oh by the way, the tables were super dirty. There was a dap of dried up bbq sauce on it. I hope that was bbq sauce.

It was great and everyone was friendly. The only thing that bothered me was when we got to the room the counter where the fridge was extremely dirty and was NOT wiped down at all. Other then that it was nice and comfy.
