Awful Hotel ever stay in London
During 3 weeks stay. 1) No room cleaning, and received complaints by receptionist about floor condition. Each day needs to go down collect towels and toilet rolls. 2) be requested change room with no sense excuses, even it extended reservation a week in advance. 3) final week treated costumers extremely not friendly. In total, this was most terrible experience stay hotel in London.

Reception took a long time and did not mention anything like breakfast times, departure time, stairs, lift etc. Breakfast was the main problem, I heard and witnessed several fights between guests and waiters or waiters and other waiters, there was shouting and yelling, banging of utensils and furniture. This happened on both days making breakfast very stressful especially on the second day when one argument verged on becoming physical.

Keep it up
This was my 10th (or more) visit to this hotel just this year. To be honest, I have always chosen this property for its affordable pricing and convenient location for my travel needs. However, I was never particularly impressed by the service, which I found to be below basic standards. To my surprise, things have significantly improved during my recent stay, and for the better. The new reception staff were excellent, showcasing politeness and exceptional service. I regret not catching their names, but I would like to highlight two individuals: the gentleman who checked me in was extremely polite and patient, and the next day, a young Persian boy handled my request for a late checkout with exceptional courtesy and professionalism. Something has clearly changed for the better at this hotel. Whatever you’ve done, please continue! I now have many more reasons to return to this property, beyond its reasonable pricing.

Hotel of last resort
Terrible hotel. Where to start? The room was small and smelled dirty. The windows didn’t open and there was no ventilation. Stains on the toilet floor which looked like it hadn’t had a good clean for a while. The shower was hard to control so it was either hot or cold. The room wasn’t cleaned in the 3 nights I was there. Had to move on last night due to water coming through the ceiling of the toilet. Breakfast was disgusting. Sausages and bacon looked like they were deep fried with grease dripping from them. WiFi was not free despite paying nearly £150 a night. Choose somewhere else.
