Great stay
Staff was excellent. I was there for 2025 CFP and, of course, they were tasked to the limit. Every interaction I had was very personable and accommodating. They seem to go out of their way to help me and me feel I was their number one priority. Location was great. I will definitely stay there again when I come in for an event.

Nothing about this trip went well. Went during national championship so it was crowded. Barely any elevators worked. Housekeeping randomly coming into room claiming this room should be empty - once at 4:30 in the morning. Requests went unfilled or ignored. Valet is understaffed. Too expensive for what it is - a middling hotel.

Poor Experience
Noisy room. Could hear other people in different rooms talking and could hear a lot of outside traffic noise. Couldn’t turn on shower, engineer had to come up to fix it. Had to pay for WiFi in room, but couldn’t connect to WiFi when I was in lobby bar or lobby working area. They ended up taking WiFi off the bill. Hotel staff seemed irritated when I had requests/questions. Will not return to this hotel and will not recommend to others.

Be prepared this hotel is huge. We stayed in the south tower. Only 4 elevators for 12-15 (I can’t remember the exact amount of floors) prepare to wait a minimum of 15 minutes each time you need to go anywhere in the building. We waited over 30 minutes at one point. With all four elevators working. While we were there 24 hrs the majority of the time we noticed they periodically breaking down. It was horrible. The hotel roomed need a proper update too. It looks like they have tired to update some what but it has a lipstick on a pig feel.
