Our stay was absolutely amazing!! We had Ms. Smiley who made the trip feel so special. My nephew loved her, she went out her way to get him his favorite chips (in every brand). She blessed me with a clear bag, which I needed for the game. She got us all baseball caps representing the Hawks, and she got her tickets to the aquarium!!!! She checked in on us, walked us up to the room to ensure the keys would work properly! I’ve never had that type of hospitality before and I will always go back because of it. It felt like we were in a palace!
