The price, location, willingness to help, cleaning crew's attitude...all were a pleasure. This isn't the Ritz-Carlton (the hotel I came from in Vienna), but it's more than sufficient as a comfortable base location while touring the city. While there aren't in-room Nespresso machines, there is a nice one in the lounge. The only recommendation I can honestly think of is they should place the local beer options (at the bar) in the mini-fridge vs a Heineken.
