Definitely one of the friendliest staffs I've ever met. From front desk check-in, to cleaning staff smiling and saying hello in the hallway, to the doorman/concierge being quick to help us get out safely despite the bad weather. (all this with a large convention in the building keeping everyone very busy!). Interesting layout with the long curves hallways. The room was ok. Pretty typical, but still very clean. My only notes are about items like door latches and shower knobs being broken & hard to use. And previous visits we always had a mini fridge that was lacking this time. Minor things really.

Nice hotel
The hotel entrance is very welcoming. The front desk staff was efficient and friendly. The housekeeping team was courteous and went out of their way to say hello. The room was clean. We prefer a blanket on the bed in addition to a heavy comforter so we can use one or both. The heat was inconsistent. I like a fan running continuously to block out noise but the fan did not do this. We could hear conversations from guests in the room next to us- the walls were too thin. Overall the stay was fine. Our biggest complaint was the automatic $25 incidentals fee and the $56 parking fee.

They overbooked. We got there at 5 pm and they didn’t have our room, king corner. They put us in part of a suite. It had everything like a bathroom and living area, but the bed was a size double and it was like sleeping in a warehouse. We asked to move and they moved us to a regular king the next day. The only thing they did was give us breakfast, which we had to hassle about. They charge an extra $25 per day and tell you that you can get that back by purchasing things and they credit you. Awful practice. The room was very small and lots wrong with it. Air didn’t work right, bathroom light made noise and walls are very thin. The WiFi went out every day. When we called the front desk they transferred us to their tech support where they didn’t help me (we are IT people and the WiFi just dropped). I’ve never written a bad review but this was not a good experience at all.
