There is so much to see in Asheville. We enjoyed one day in the city shopping and playing games in the pinball museum. Dinner at Hemingway's was delicious!! The next day was a tour of Biltmore Estate and dinner at the Edison in the Omni Grove Park.

The devastation left by Hurricane Helene was a mere 2 blocks from the hotel; Biltmore Village and the River Arts District were decimated. Despite the debris and business closings, people are making things work again and most of the area was is fine.

We have visited Asheville multiple times in May to explore the downtown area or River Arts District. We've always enjoyed our visits. This most recent visit, the continuous extraordinarily heavy traffic delays to explore the area tarnished our visit

We like Asheville, but we realized that a younger, crowd probably enjoys all of the in-town happenings and events. We enjoyed the nature around the city more than the actual city life. Hikes, waterfalls, and movie theaters were our main interests.

It's a fun, quirky city with delicious food and friendly people ! The Nostalgic Pinball Arcade was our Fav! Really old school pinball machines and old school video games, so fun! We loved Burgerworx for lunch and for dinner Vivian is a MUST!

Dowtown offers a lot of restaurants and cute shops. The best parking lot that we found was at Haywood St and Vanderbilt Place behind the library. It offered the best price as the first hour was free. We were there for 2 hours and only paid $2!

We loved visiting the Biltmore Estate, and then spent another whole day exploring the Smokey Mountain National Park. Everything was so beautiful and the people in Asheville are so friendly. Next time we come out, we'll explore the city more!

We loved that we were not very far from downtown and could walk once we parked. The trolley tour is a must do! The people are so knowledgeable and friendly. We also loved all of the breweries! Highly recommend a visit!

Visited the Arts District in the riverfront area. All the artist and shopkeepers were extremely nice and helpful in our search for pottery and glass items. Enjoyed watching the glass making artist in action.

"All around great hotel, not to mention a great value! My favorite was the 5ft swimming pool and hot tub, Very good "free breakfast", plus everything was spotless. You can't do better than this hotel, highly recommended.Staff was helpful and friendly! GREAT EXPERIENCE!"
"Great quality overall for the price. The bed was more firm than I prefer, but not a big deal. The parking and drive thru is rough being shared with Texas Roadhouse… Especially on the weekend. That’s my biggest complaint. The staff were all very friendly, the breakfast was great quality, the room was very clean! Just trying to come and go during Texas Roadhouse business hours is difficult on top of that VERY steep hill."
