"Staff was always helpful but our first room had a big hole in the wall so we moved rooms. Air conditioner didn’t work that first night. So maintenance switched out the air conditioner. No microwave in this room. 2nd night maintenance brought up microwave. Air conditioner stopped working. Had to switch rooms again. 3rd room had air and microwave. Last day and night were finally good.
