"lovely room and convenient location for my trip back home. the pool looked very well taken care of but unfortunately i had no chance to swim with my brief overnight stay. a couple things that bothered me were that the AC leaked and soaked the surrounding carpet all the way from the room window to about 2 feet toward the bed. very surprised by that, made my suitcase and my sandals damp. also, a woman with a clipboard who scolded me in broken English for not being out of my room at exactly 11AM...

Upon arrival, our wireless door key would not open our door even though we were checked in and alerted our room and key were ready hours prior.
After multiple tries we had to go get physical keys. Front desk clerk seemed sketchy and was hanging out in hallway on her cellphone when we arrived.
