"The property is in a great location whichnis very close to everything. Once you leave whether you turn right at the light or go straight, you can find so many things (food, dining, gas, shopping). I always stay here whenever Im in LI."

"I loved the stay except for having to pay for parking! If we paid for a room, we should be given a sticker for our car. Don’t punish us because other people park in your parking lot!"

"Gave an extended weekend trip to my sister and brother in law for their 59th birthdays. They had an amazing relaxing time. They are repeat visitors at the Palms because it is second to none on Ocean Beach. Bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas provided making it stress free. Staff is always accommodating including assisting with luggage at the dock. They took their own boat and the staff still met them and assisted. They had one glitch, the AC in their room suddenly went out (which is unfortunate but it happens). With no stress, they were moved to a cottage which was a substantial upgrade. Management is all about customer service. Highly recommend a stay. "
