"The staf was amazing. Very friendly. The elevator was not in operation and I dont like carrying things, so they accommodated us with a 1st floor room. They were very pet friendly and even had treats and welcome pets avaliable to the pup. "

"Check in was quick fast & easy. Room was nice & clean & bed was super comfortable. The A.C. was blowing cold all night & shower was nice & hot. It was perfect for just a night for me & my boo to get away together. I will be going back soon!! "

"Building was fine. Hot tub was hot and pool was good. Tiny shampoo bottle only lasted 2 days but staff gave out more. You don't get any maid service Friday to Monday. "Continental breakfast" was abysmal at best. There is a restaurant called Scramblers about 1/4" mile away- go there for breakfast."

"Rude, beds was broken had to switch rooms the new room the AC doesn’t work. There were stains on the furniture. It was just nasty and the people there are nasty. It has changed so much. The pool was nasty. The hot tub didn’t work. None of the doors work if you parked in the back parking lot, you had to walk all way around to the front to get in. That’s not safe. It went downhill."

emergency and arrived at almost midnight. I reached out to the hotel and they had a friendly shuttle driver to me in 10 minutes. The room was clean and very comfortable with the best variety of pillows I’ve had in some time. (Very important!) The next day I again grabbed a last minute shuttle to my rental car. Super friendly staff. The only thing they could do better is COFFEE for the Keurig (my room had tea) or free coffee service in the...
