The room was great as well as service. The workers were anazing. I did have an early flight and the people above me were super loud until 3 am the room beside me had a dog that barked the whole time.
Trash and boxes everywhere. Very unclean.
I had to cancel at the last minute and the front desk woman was very understanding. Her name was Bonnie. Bonnie’s boss was very unaccomodating and not easy to deal with at all, no compassion.
The parking was very scarce in the front. At night, I don’t want to have to walk from the back to the front. The room was awful and there was a gap in the door.. it was weird like you could see light coming from the door when it was closed. Also, I woke up to loud banging and drills at 7:30 am. There was construction going on, but who schedules construction work that early in the morning at a hotel. Honestly, I shouldn’t have paid a dime to stay at this dump. Pick another hotel! WARNING!!
My boyfriend and i were assigned to room 218, on Wed, November 18th 2020. We were not told about ongoing construction or that our room was litterly right next to the room under construction. We were rudely awakened shortly after the 8am hour with vibrating walls & extremely loud drilling & chiseling. This continued for hours. I understand repairs need to be addressed but the fact i was not advised about this makes me very upset. I would like a full refund. My visit was supposed to be relaxing. It was definitely not. The hotel is using COVID as an excuse for poor service and lack of caring for their customers! We asked for one coffee packet and one would think we asked for a kidney. For towels, kleenex and toilet tissue we had to walk down to the desk for items. Each day was a trip down to the desk for towels, etc. When we asked about pickup of our used towels and trash they told us to place it in the hallway. The trash cans were overloaded and the hallways smelled from food items. Adjacent guests were VERY noisy and it was difficult to sleep.
Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean.

My husband and I have stayed at this hotel many times last year 2019 during his chemo treatment days. Recently my mom and I stayed while my husband was in the hospital. Front desk lady was nice. Hotel was clean and beautiful. Got to the room for good a few hours after check in. Went to put our dinner in the fridge and there was already left overs in the fridge! I brushed that off as an easy over look. Bed looked clean. Room looked clean. Only problem is room 305 has bed bugs. Woke up with bites all over my neck and arm.
Good front desk service—very good. Problems: 1. I was in a room that connected to another room which had a barking dog. I had to move to avoid being kept awake all night. 2. The room I moved to had a spider web at the door (and by the heater). It had NO soap or other toiletries which made me wonder—had the room been cleaned—the floor needed vacuuming—there was a barking dog down the hall and someone smoking weed. 3. The elevators needed to be mopped and to have candy wrappers picked up—at least 24 hours before that was done 4. The carts for moving things to the room were covered with pet hair 5. I got a strange knock on my door and then I got a hotel knock on my door of a smoking complaint to which I was astonished since I do not smoke AND someone had clearly been smoking away the night or two before. OVERALL: This motel —once the common areas were cleaned—is a nice looking cute motel. Great location-great. It’s a very nice property but needs more cleanliness details. The maintenance person who arrived by morning was very much cleaning and cleaning—so maybe they were short staffed. SOLUTIONS 1. designate a no pet floor or area so people do not have to be awake all night from someone’s barking dog/s. 2. Clean the rooms thoroughly—I actually had to wipe down the desk and then multiple surfaces—and did I mention that not only were there no toiletries, but the shower in there was running.
