"Hotel itself is really nice. The room is spacious and the swimming pool has a great view of Suzhou. However the other side of the infinity pool slightly ruined it as it was a bit of a swamp. Service was generally good though a little slow to check in and a bit of wait for breakfast. I understand we arrived at peak time however the lobby area didn’t really seem big enough to host the number of guests then had to step over wires whilst playing the food.
