"We were able to check in early, which was a big plus. Plenty of parking was available. Food at the restaurant was good. Communication was a bit of a challenge, since we spoke English and the staff mostly spoke French but there was a man at the bar/restaurant who spoke English. The elevator is a bit small and the winding road to drive to the hotel was a challenge but the place is beautiful up in the mountains."

"Hotel Central os incredibly convenient, and the staff were extremely nice and helpful. So easy to get to the ski lift and nearby restaurants and grocery stores. The spa is lovely, and we particularly appreciated the steam room and bucket shower (there are excellent regular showers too!)"

"First time visiting Crans-Montana and we were not disappointed - the hotel was a little older but extremely well maintained and very cozy. The staff were so friendly and the restaurant onsite had an amazing fondue offering. They have a drop off and pick up ski service that made it super easy to get on the mountain as well. We'd like to come back in the summer and will definitely consider staying here again."

"Nice little appartment without a view of the mountain (view on parking lot). Very clean but cooking tools (wine opener, most cooking utensils, scissors etc...) needs replacement. Clearly used as a rental. Quite loud appartment building with soundproofing not very efficient. Size of appartment ok for 2-3 ppl maximum."
