Lovely, warm,clean and comfortable room with really nice toiletries and coffees etc. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was excellent, one of the best I've had. The lady in the restaurant was very kind. The hotel is in a great spot and everything is on the doorstep. This is our second visit to this great hotel and hope to come back soon.Thank you very much to all the staff for their excellent service.

I didn’t have breakfast, staff were very friendly and helpful however the room was not very clean with snot on walls, dust, hairs in the room on the carpet and bed, some of the lights didn’t work and was very cold at for hours until the heating finally started working. Excellent location, especially for the Symphony Hall. Clean room, friendly staff. Only disappointment was there was only 1 hand towel & 1 bath towel for 2 of us, didnt realise until I was in the shower & my husband had had his. I'm sure I could have asked for one but was in a rush.
