Great hotel, great location, great service...

We arrived late on the first night due to flight delay but reception were there to greet us and to help us settle in. Check-in was very pleasant after a long trip. The staff were extremely helpful and were able to advise us of the essential places to visit / walks to take around the city. Our room was first class - it was clean, housekeeping tidied the room every day whenever we were away and were very thorough in their work. The location was great - everything was within walking distance and we were far enough away from the very centre so that we avoided noise and traffic.
