"Our room was dated with only 1 plug socket in the whole room and a broken curtain.
It was comfortable and quiet though which is great.
I want to give the hotel 5 stars as it has so much potential if it just made a little more effort.
Tables are dirty in dining area and in bedroom but otherwise it’s a clean place.
Location is perfect but swimming pool is like ice water so impossible to use. No one used the pool during our stay and all the guests complained about it. "

"We stayed here 2 weeks after the Massive earthquake had hit and caused a lttile damage to the property. There was constant Repair work happening the whole time we were there so constant noise from the Machines and the Workmen there. But the staff were very nice. Very helpful, very friendly and considering what they had to go through 2 weeks previous I can't complain too much about the noise and repair works. Breakfast was very good buffet style with a lot of choice. Nice pool area to sit by...

1. The room was absolutely massive. Haven’t stayed in a bigger room. There were two bathrooms in the room and a very generous size balcony
2. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help out
3. Very near to a mall with a big carrefour and other food outlets like kfc and Burger King
4. No issues finding a taxi near the property.
5. The property was decorated to a very high standard.
6. Convenient and only 5 minutes drive...

"Excellent hotel. Brilliant for families. Check in was a little slow and the air con in the room was weak. Overall though the facilities are spot on with lots for kids to do. Loved the different pools and slides. Room was spacious and very clean. Would recommend highly if travelling with young children."

"It was a pleasant stay with nice owners and sweet staff. Beautiful room with comfortable bed and with large terrace with view of the beautiful Atlas Mountains. The house is somewhat remote on an unpaved road, it is quiet and has a tasteful Moroccan decor, beautiful garden with swimming pool and sunbeds and several seating areas.
