"We had a great stay at the Equatorial. We had kids also and the staff was friendly and helpful (sadly this is not the norm at all 5-star properties in Vietnam, so it was a nice experience). The pool is great, I would recommend a room by the pool. The food was also very food (slightly pricy compared to alternatives, but comparable). I would recommend this hotel as great option for visiting HCMC. "

Very comfortable bed and gppd aircon. We had a room overlooking the river, with a balcony and a great view. The pool was good, and deep.
One of the best aspects is the location, I'd say it's the best of any of the deluxe hotels - having walked around Ho Chi Minh City for a few days.

"This is an extra modern hotel, in the heart of the city, entry is through some shopping mall. The balcony on top is certainly the biggest selling point.
Beds are comfortable, it has cool views from the rooms because it is in a tower essentially, and they have a pantry with unliomited decent coffee/water/fruits.
Pool is excellent but it closes at 8pm, while the doors to the pool close at 10pm..so it is kinda weird.
We stayed in 3 other hotels around here and this hotel kinda lost the Viet...
