Overall a very nice stay
Not quite the self proclaimed 5 star but very nice nonetheless. Pool area is very nice but not enough sunbeds, despite a large stage type area which would be pefect. Lifts can be frustrating as only 4, 1 of which was out of order, so longer than necessary waits to get to your floor (as breakfast was on the 25th floor, stairs are not a realistic option). Staff are wonderful and room was gorgeous, breakfast good, if a little lacking for western tastes, e.g. no jam or marmalade but you could have goulash!

The lift is super slow and restaurant Buffett wanted to charge my daughter less than 5 years old at half of adult price which is ridiculous when she not even eating at all

The lifts are slow and not enough lifts for this size of hotel! Room access card needs reprogrammed twice. Gym opened late 9am compared to others, Swimming pool closed at 6pm! The pool is fantastic, room is clean and room service is good.

Service was so so, the view from thi pool was great but the pool was bad, need to maintance and update the pool, the cement in the bottom of the pool was peelings off, the paid breakfast was so so, ned to have more variety!!

Beautiful hotel with rooftop pool
I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels before but this is probably the nicest one yet!! Pool is absolutely beautiful, sunrise & sunset is just phenomenal from the pool. Hotel very clean and elegant. Welcome drink on arrival, pleasant staff & the restaurant is very pretty with good food! Rooms are also very spacious and nice!! Definitely would return here!
