Communicated with hotel in weeks prior to arrival to see if they could organise some sightseeing trips. Prompt responses and very helpful too. Wonderful excursions thanks! Nice greeting and welcome drink on arrival. Hotel spotlessly clean throughout. Room very well appointed and very clean. We had breakfast in the hotel every morning for 7 days...great service, good selection from smallish buffet including fresh juices. Order from extensive breakfast menu and the food quality is very good. We ate in the restaurant for lunch and dinner on some days and again the quality and service was excellent. The whole team were really friendly and courteous..especially Khoa...thank you. Great location in area 3 of HCMC which is only a short Grab ride to zone 1 central. Will stay here when we return. Highly recommended.

Amazing hotel. Very clean, friendly staff. Big room. 1 bedroom apartment. Big comfortable bed. Full kitchen and laundry in room. Great selection of tv channels. We used the pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room everyday. The pool was great to cool down in after a hot day. Very clean and well looked after. Tasty breakfast with freshly cooked eggs.

We stay in a 2-bedroom apartment. It's spacious, clean and well-equipped. All of the staff are very friendly. My kids enjoyed the swimming pool and jacuzzi very much. The water of the pool is very clean, albeit a little cold. The hotel was opened in 2017, so the facilities are new, with high-tech functions. The location is close to major tourist attractions, mostly within 20-minute walk. We are very satisfied with our stay.

Good and safe location, walking distance to many restaurants. Customer service is excellent and the junior suite is big, well designed and clean. Gym is well equipped. Since Ho Chi Ming city is hot and humid. Clothes smell if wear more than one time so washer and dryer are a big plus. Breakfast is good.

Wonderful Stay!
Great hotel with free shuttle to downtown. Wonderful large clean rooms with laundry facilities. Very delicious breakfast included. Nice pool area. Quiet location, close to a large grocery store. Staff are very nice and knowledgeable. Would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Ho Chi Minh City.
