Super friendly and helpful staff. Was able to help us get an early check-in as well as we locked our luggage and they helped us cut the lock. However, they forgot about us and made us sit for an hour when they said they were looking to see if they could get us an early check-in and really just forgot about us. The room itself though was very tiny and ours had a moldy, sewer smell that came from the bathroom into our entire room. There were no amenities given as part of your stay. The hallways are super dark.

Well located property with friendly staff. One out of two elevators was often out of order, causing significant waiting periods, and the bathroom could have been in better shape. That being said, the cons are counterweighted by good cleanliness throughout the entire property and an excellent breakfast buffet and service.

Great value for price, good location and quiet. Very nice breakfast and comfortable area, staff in the restaurant were very nice & helpful. The only comment would be the daytime reception at check-in was not friendly and abit arrogant attitude regarding us questioning the payment of IVA. All other staff were very friendly and polite. We Would return to this Hotel again for sure.

Convenient location and very friendly staff. Room was spacious but the room temperature was still warm even with the AC on. The condition of the room and bathroom need to be updated. A lot of scratches on the floor and wall.

Convenient location and great hotel
Room was big, comfortable, and clean. We had a nice city view. I liked the shades and blackout curtains. Parking was a little hard to find the first time in (the office tower and hotel share the same garage), but it was safe and convenient. The location was great for both Uber/Taxi and Metro (BIP) travel. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful (although I never found the toaster). We had dinner ala cart there, as well, and it was tasty and affordable. The staff was extremely helpful and kind.

Excellent hotel
We had a very good time at the hotel. The room was comfortable. We signed up for the breakfast option and it was good choice. The restaurant was pleasant and the food options were plentiful and good. The hotel staff was very pleasant and helpful. The front desk always had someone who spoke English and the staff was always helpful in calling cabs, giving restaurant suggestions, etc. Our only reservation was that the exhaust in the bathroom was noisy and the door needed oiling, but both problems were quickly handled and without fuss.

Mixed feelings about this hotel
Pros: Fantastic reception, who got me in a room much earlier than the official check-in time when I arrived early. Good wifi, modern decor, comfortable bed, good shower. Reasonable breakfast and nice dinner. Having a kettle in the room was appreciated. Cons: Housekeeping didn't provide a full complement of towels on any day. Tea and coffee were not replenished at all during my four-night stay. Hotel still uses disposable cups for hot drinks in the room and restaurant, which is not very eco friendly. Lifts are very slow.

This hotel is welcoming from the moment you arrive. All of the rooms are modern and comfortable. It's right within the heart of Providencia and there are so many options to choose from with cafés and restaurants and bars. The hotel has on site it's own restaurant with a breakfast buffet, which is good for those who like carbohydrates or no carbohydrates. The hotel also has its own café next to the lobby. The bathroom always had hot water and nice amenities. The beds were generous size and very comfortable, and there was room service each day. It's an easy walk to many of the local attractions, including the world famous cable car ride. Great value for a fantastic hotel will definitely stay here again
