Perfect everything 👍👍👍
Great host! Very curtious and attentive to anything you need, from time and type of breakfast, to tourist suggestions. I like Italian local cuisine but I changed my breakfast day to day depends on if I have a early meeting, or just relax and go see the city. Great location! A few minutes walk to train station which connect you with the entire city! Not city center though, so, best if you work or stay nearby. Room is clean. Bed is very comfortable. Will definitely stay again!

Ottimo B&B a due passi dalla metro "Udine"; molto accogliente, pulito, tv e cassaforte in camera, ampia doccia, assortimento di cialde x tutti i tipi di bevanda calda e bustine x infusi vari. Piccolo frigo in area comune con acqua fresca e colazione molto ben assortita i sieme alla cordialità del proprietario. Consigliatissimo anche per il buon rapporto qualità/ prezzo.
