Outstanding!
We were there for the pro bowl riders show in February 2025. The entire staff from registration to restaurant to maid service to valet service was outstanding. The hotel was clean and a very nice experience. The hotel is centrally, located downtown within walking distance of various points of interest. And everywhere we went in Youngstown we were greeted with friendly faces. Bravo.

We stayed here overnight during our long drive home for the holidays. It is a gorgeous hotel with spacious, clean rooms and a wonderful, helpful staff! The restaurant was beautifully decorated with delicious food and great service. Parking is easy - the lot is literally next door to the hotel. Great secure location, comfortable beds and pillows. Our floor was very quiet. I do wish our room had a bathtub, but not a big deal. Parking was an extra fee, but expected for a downtown hotel. When I checked in they said we could not have a king sized bed as booked because they didn't have any available but I booked a king, not a huge deal just heads up if you book on Expedia.
