El personal muy amable. Una terraza muy bonita. No está preparado para movilidad reducida. Las habitaciones son muy básicas pero confortables, aire acondicionado, baño privado, limpieza diaria. Tiene buena relación calidad precio. En los alrededores hay muchos restaurantes y es perfecto para visitar La Habana vieja caminando.

Buen alojamiento buena gente pero Expedía abusa ya que cobro el Doble de lo que debía costar la habitación. Nunca más realizó un booking con uds. Se que deben comisionar pero esta vez fue un abuso total.

Muy bien ubicada limpia agradable ambiente buen servicio. Pero lo malo fue que al reservar en Expedía fue el doble del precio que cuesta la habitación se que deben tener utilidad pero eso es abuso no utilizo nunca más Expedía para alojamientos.

Gem in Old Havana
Fantastic place to stay in Old Havana. Close to everything and you feel very safe and secure. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. With lovely rooftop bar/dining area. Would highly recommend.

This was a great small family run hotel. Its location is within walking distance of most attractions in Old Havana. The room was good with a safe and air conditioning. The breakfast was very good with lots of choice for vegetarians and eat as much as you want. There is a rooftop terrace for breakfast in the morning and for relaxing with a Cuba Libre in the evening. Very helpful staff.

Nice casa in old Havana
Stayed here for 5 nights, and it was a very pleasant stay. It is a bit more expensive then the other casas we stayed at in other cities in Cuba, and I am not sure weather a more expensive stay is something you have to expect in Havana. The staff was nice, the breakfast was good, and the room was cleaned every day. It is also nicely located in the old city of Havana (Havana Vieja).
