Perfect location and wonderful staff
This was our second stay here. The hotel is in a brilliant location and is tucked away on a little square so very quiet, yet minutes away from the heart of Notting Hill. The best thing for us are the wonderful, friendly staff who made us so welcome. Our room was rather small and just tricky to get out of one side of the bed easily, so that's the only reason I didn't give excellent rating for comfort, but the bed is super comfy and all was spotlessly clean. We would most definitely stay here again.

Clean, well renovated period property close to Bayeswater tube and shopping street, and close to the Royal parks. Air conditioning in the room was quiet and effective. The single room was about the size of a broom closet (with a nice bathroom attached), so it's fine if all you need is a place to shower and sleep (the bed was comfortable). But consider booking a larger room if you plan to spend any awake time in it or have large luggage.

Location and area first class within walking distance of Kensington and Hyde Park, local cafes. Felt very safe, nice area. Clean and comfortable, room better than expected. Good facilities ie tea and coffee making, microwave and mini fridge. Will return.

This property is located in a beautiful area of London. I felt safe and proud to be staying here! The staff were excellent and went above and beyond to help me throughout my stay. I couldn't recommend this place more! I booked a room for myself and for a business colleague and we were both really pleased. They have made a repeat customer out of me as I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
