4/10 Fair

There were cockroaches in the restaurant, which I guess is ok since it is an island the the restaurant in outside. But there were also cockroaches in the dorm room. There were rats on the roof that would make a lot of noise at night. The breakfast was pretty good though and the view from the breakfast restaurant was amazing!

10/10 Exceptional

Amazing staff and great location
This hotel has the best location, a great view! It had restaurant and bar and is 10min walk to town. But the best thing was the staff, Phuong is the nicest receptionist I’ve ever met. She helped me so much with everything and she was really nice. Also I got the best tour with her!

8/10 Very good

Couldn't understand why it has 5 stars review
I'm not sure why it's 5 stars rating here. The dormitory room were filled of cockroaches. The staffs were pretty ignorance, except one lady who works at the reception, She's, who I saw, the only person worked around the hostel. She's helpful and very sweet. When the water wasn't running, when approached the problem with manager, he said "Wait for 5 minute, maybe someone will fix it" and I though he would send someone to look at the problem. But he actually meant "Maybe someone will fix it" anyone else that not him.

6/10 Good
