Not quite as expected
The hotel is a bit dated and old. The photos show more modern rooms but that's not what we got. The lights in the room are a headache and very difficult to figure out. The TV was a nightmare to operate. The pool was good. Reception was very helpful. Bed comfy. Bathrooms need a bit of love as mould building up on seals. Location isn't great. You are quite far from everything. We wouldn't stay again.

All was fine. Staff was friendly, but one think only was very disappointing: the hot water in the room was terrible! It changes literally every 5 seconds between cold and extremely hot. Not possible to take a good enjoyable shower.

We stayed in one of the Executive Suites. Everything about the hotel was great. Comfortable bed. Very good walk -n shower. Two A/C units kept the room perfect. Breakfast was more than adequate. Eggs cooked to order. Good coffee. Super helpful staff. 4 block walk to Hoam Kiem Lake and the Old Quarter.
