Good hotel in the middle of the Shinjuku.
Nice hotel at the walking distance from shinjuku railwaystation. Helpful and polite staff. Comfortable bed but had to ask for thicker pillows. Little small room and no space for two big lagguages but room was nice and had air conditioning and fridge.

clean and expedite checkin-checkout, lean room
Good hotel, clean and with expedite checkin-checkout. They will ask all gest for passports, looks like it's a requirement, rooms was very small, and dont have closets for your clothes or microwave, but I think is similar in other Japan hotels for the same price.

Clean room with sufficient amenities. However room was small without space for luggages.

Exceptional 10.0
Clean, modern and convenient
Perfect hotel for a solo traveler or couple on a short stay. Rooms are actually large relative to the price. Just cost slightly more than capsule hotels, but you get a private room and bathroom with tub!! Room has hot water kettle and fridge, and bathroom is stocked with all the toiletries. If you want a more western-sized room, you'd have to pay at least two or three times more at other places.

Exceptional 10.0
Great hotel at a good location in Shinjuku
I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. Staff were very friendly and service oriented. I had a single room on the 9th floor with a window facing the street, there was some audible noise from ambulances/police cars which seemed to traffic the street quite frequently. Alas, the room was in great condition. Everything was clean and the bed was super comfy.
