Average hotel for price
We booked this hotel for 4 nights, but the website did not mention that the reception was on the third floor with no lift/elevator. I have sore knee issues and going up and down stairs gives me a lot of discomfort. Our room was on the second floor, so everyday, we had to climb up flight of stairs to go for breakfast and climb down stairs to go out to the beach or sightseeing. The entrance to the hotel is a narrow door between two restaurants, not impressive at all. The photos on the website are of the terrace/dining area. If I had known of the lack of a lift, I would not have booked this hotel. Complaints to the front desk were met with the manager would talk with me, but no such person contacted me during the duration of the stay. The breakfast was average with a rude waiter serving who also doubled up as the room cleaner. We complained about the leaky toilet, which was fixed by closing off the water valve, so the next morning the toilet would not flush due to lack of water. The rude waiter came over to check the issue and said the toilet is blocked because we put soiled tissue in the toilet rather than the waste bin. At this point, I lost it and told him to please check the valve, which he had closed off. Of course, once he losened the valve, the flush worked. We were charged $20 for the airport ride when I found out that other hotels offer it as a complimentary service. The only thing going for this hotel is the location across from the beach. Not recommended.

the hotel is small but clean. AC worked great!! Staff was very pleasant. Wouldn't let us take our own bags up, helped us with directions. Breakfast was included and good enough. If you are looking for a Marriot or a Hilton, then this place isn't for you.If you are an easy going person, this place will definitely fit the bill. They ruined our honeymoon, we started in this hotel for 3 nights. Our room was at 2nd floor and this hotel has no elevator. Very narrow stairs. Ground floor is a restaurant not run by the hotel, reception is at 3rd floors, very tiny. Staff are very unprofessional and dishonest. It was very hot day and the air conditioner stopped working, water was dropping continuously, whole floor was wet, they put few towels and a bucket on the floor and told us they will fix it next day. I requested them to let us leave and charge us for 2 days as the AC is not working but they said no and we had to stay without AC more then a day. They tricked us on airport pick and drop services as well. They don’t actually have any vehicle for the hotel, if u ask for a shuttle service they will just call a cab and charge u double. Of course they know the cab driver. Breakfast was horrible. Only good thing I can say that the location was okay.

It is next to a popular cafe in the area. It's indeed located next to the beach. Basic accomodation, not a resort/ hotel. Good enough for transit. This is a small village. It is a good local experience. One way bus ride here is usd1 and merhants here use their local currency. Most accomodation here seem to have similar level of standard. Staffs are friendly and tried their best to please guests.
