Rooms are small and wifi weak
The rooms are too small for comfort. If you need a room with some space or if you are claustrophobic, do reconsider the hotel. It is conveniently located with eateries and 24-hour convenience stores nearby. The wifi in the hotel is also almost non-existent, so weak. It is also located near a hospital and we can sometimes hear loud ambulance sirens in the middle of the night.

Great for family of three
Overall experience staying at this hotel has been great. Will stay here again if we visit this part of Japan again in the future.

Not bad, not ideal.
We wanted to start our Tokyo adventure being in the middle of it, so before a few nights in a hotel in Ginza, we started our trip with two nights in Shinjuku. Pros: Walking distance from the actual Shinjuku touristic area, good service, clean rooms and ok hotel for a good price. Cons: If you don't like walking (maybe you are coming to the wrong city as there is a lot to explore) the hotel is in Kabukicho, close to a lot of love hotels and places with male and female escorts. Nothing happened to us, and no one approached us at all, but not the best area for some people, probably. Also, while the hotel was nice and clean, the room–not surprisingly was tiny–and the bed in particular too. So, if there is two coming on your trip, get ready to be super close or one will have to sleep on the floor.

Fair 4.0
Lobby and front look above average for the area but the room size and bathrooms are tiny. Breakfast was poor and overall experience should have been much better for the nightly cost they are asking

Amazing Location
Great location! It is 3 min walk to the Godzilla street! Clean, friendly and spacious for Japan. Would stay again.
