Loved our stay here. Stand out points are -hospitality, very friendly staff, cleanliness, 24*7 awesome food plus the variety (no one day is the same) from starters to mains to desserts - there is something for everyone, the chefs keep monitoring the counter to see if anything needs a refill, the entertainment team were fantastic, their daily programmes which is listed on the app and the variety in it (the 9pm entertainment) and the kids club. My daughter thoroughly enjoyed the club and the activities (banana boat, disco, face painting etc) . Special call out to Alia, kristina and Julie leading the minis club - they did a fantastic job . Overall highly recommend this place.

Amazing hotel, beautiful grounds which are always kept clean. Staff were very friendly, especially with our little boy. Food was great! My only comment would be that there was maybe not quiet enough staff at dinner time when it was very busy, but the staff that were there were very good. The whole stay was really good and the biggest thing was the staff, activities and atmosphere, which was always vibrant. I was with some family members (My sister, her husband & their 3yr old son) and for the 3yr old, he definitely loved it. The staff were amazing, and even though I met so many of them, I forget lots of names. The ones I do remember and a shout goes out to them are: Hayal, Jenny & the kids club manager (can't remember her name) - Thanks for looking after my nephew Logan, he loved you guys. My expectations were higher
Not worth the money. I wasn't allowed to use any A la carte restaurant due to my short stay. Which I saw as a huge loss, since it was my last evening and night with my girlfriend before we got separated again for a very long time, living in different countries. I didn't get any compensation for this loss. I gave many options, a bottle of wine, delicious cocktails, free transfer, some discounts, refund. Also I told them one of their animal water stations were placed in the sun and with dirty water. After 6 hours no one had taken action. I argued with the manager about this and about my disappointment not being able to have a visit at one a la carte restaurant with my girlfriend on our last evening together. He didn't care and laughed in my face. Later on they cleaned up the animal water station and put it in the shadow with fresh water. They also let my girlfriend stay for as long as she needed before her flight. Checking out at 12 and leaving at 17:30. Beautiful hotel, but I didn't have time to use many facilities and the room itself is mediocre. I think I am not a big fan of the all inclusive concept all in all. Buffé restaurants have a busy feeling to it, free food is ofcourse the cheapest stuff you can find and if you want to eat or drink something more premium it will cost full price. If it was sold to cover the costs and without profit I could accept it. They also try to sell you a 50 euro transfer when you can get a yellow cab for 37 or a shared bus for 8,5.
