If you’re American, you will probably be disappointed and should pay a bit more for a higher rated place. I don’t like to give a low rating, especially considering the hotel staff was so nice. Here’s a couple pros - The waterside set up is really great! My kids enjoyed it! Also they have Coke products and slushie drinks at the main pool bar. The food was an issue for us. We have traveled extensively and come to Turkey every year, so it’s not a culture shock. The main issue was the flies on the buffet food, since doors are left open. Also, the food just wasn’t what we would normally pick to eat, even considering we do travel this region every year. We obviously aren’t their main guests, but I just want to put it out there in case it helps someone.

We stayed at Aydinbey Queen's Palace for a week and had a great family holiday. I would have happily given this hotel 5 stars if it wasn't for one major issue. The late-night disco and entertainment took place almost every night. Due to the hotel's layout, the loud music carries throughout the building, making it difficult to sleep. It disrupted both our sleep and the kids' every night, leaving us tired the following day. If this finished earlier or the noise was better contained, this would easily be a 5-star stay. The staff were the standout feature. They were friendly, respectful, attentive and always happy to help. Unlike some all-inclusive resorts we've visited, there was no feeling that guests who tipped received better service, which we really appreciated. The food and drinks were excellent, with plenty of variety available throughout the day at multiple locations. The complimentary meal at the Chinese or Italian à la carte restaurant was a lovely touch, and we really enjoyed the experience. We appreciated the welcome fruit and drinks in our room on arrival, and the generally excellent Wi-Fi in the rooms and corridors, although it was weaker around the pool. The beach is decent but nothing particularly special. Parking is limited, so if you return late you may have to park in a nearby secluded area. Overall, it's an excellent resort with fantastic staff, great food and thoughtful touches throughout. Fix the late-night noise and this would easily be a 5-star hotel

Melissa at reception was extremely helpful and welcoming. Our checkout time was 12pm, and as our driver was not picking us up until 1pm, the hotel kindly allowed my family and other guests who checked out that day to stay and enjoy lunch, which we really appreciated. The indoor pool, spa, and Turkish hammam bath were excellent and very relaxing. The room was clean and comfortable, making our stay enjoyable overall. The food was very good but it would have been even better with more options for children. Overall, a fantastic experience and great value for money. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to return.

Staying with little children at this hotel was incredibly easy. I highly recommend it for families, as they even have dedicated food sections for kids and vegetarians. The swimming pool is a good size, though I wish the slides were open longer, as we didn't get enough time to enjoy them. Nice hotel, although there aren't any grounds to walk around in. Food was ok, but a bit repetitive. Pool is big and nice for all. Family rooms were nice and spacious, room cleaning done daily, AC very good. No information about evening shows and sometimes there weren't any. Gozelme stand was open on random days, no info. If you can help it don't use the rip off taxis to goto land of legends (it's a 15 min walk)

A very good all inclusive hotel which is ideal for the.families with children which we enjoyed very much. However our honest suggestion is for the hotel to have the water slides open for a bit longer as the opening hours are just too short for a long day. The buffet meals are of wide range but it would be good if the names of all the dishes are displayed as we had to guess what most of the dishes were. Finally none of the a la carte restaurants were open during our stay which was bit disappointing as we were looking forward to try them in one of the evenings and there was no notices as to why they were closed. Regardless we had a great time at Aydinbey Queen's Palace and if the above suggestions are taken into account it will definitely be a flawless place to stay and enjoy with the family!

On arrival I was greeted by the Manager Mr Orcun who had a very hospitable approach. During my stay it was busy which shows that there’s a lot of excellent qualities within the service presentation. Breakfast is excellent and there’s staff willing to serve you until it’s time to leave the food hall. You can even have your your eggs done to your liking etc. Food is nice and fresh also the area always clean. That’s more than 6 stars in my book. My check out time would have been too early due to a late flight departure. After speaking with Guest Relation Manager Ms Tamara and Mr Burpham who is an interpreter on site. Together with my 4 friends, our hotel bookings extended at no extra cost. No stress and only happiness 👍😊 What an excellent service. 5 stars is not enough and I wish them all the best. I will return very soon 👍 and already recommend this quality to many friends.

Dirty rooms Rude staff. Not good with dealing with complaints. Air-conditioned keep switching off. Dirty bathroom. Worn out towels. We had to keep rongong for extra towels. They gave us 3 towels for 4 of us. Uncomfortable bed. Flat pillows. We requested for extra pillows and told not available. They will bring some tomorrow. Next day same response. When we complaint. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Blown Away – We Wish We Never Had to Leave! Today is our third day at Adinbey Queen’s Palace Spa & Resort, and honestly, we are overwhelmed—in the best possible way. You often read reviews complaining about repetitive food, but that has been the complete opposite of our experience. Every day we’ve enjoyed incredible live barbecue stations, delicious kebabs, fresh sushi, high-quality meals, and food and drinks available almost 24/7. The quality is genuinely impressive. What has stood out even more is the staff. Every single person we’ve interacted with has been courteous, professional, and eager to help. The cocktails are excellent, the drinks are top-notch, and the service throughout the resort has been fantastic. The entertainment deserves special praise. In just a few days we’ve experienced amazing night shows, a foam party, great activities, huge water slides, and one of the most enormous pools we’ve ever seen. The atmosphere is infectious—you look out from your room, see everyone enjoying themselves, and suddenly you’re tempted to jump straight back into the pool. Speaking of the room, the views are stunning. At several points during our stay, we genuinely found ourselves wondering: how do they offer all of this at these prices and still make money? If I had to be extremely picky, there are only two minor areas for improvement. First, finding a better way to keep flies away from some of the food areas would be appreciated.
