Hallway was cold and did not know when booked this high rise that the fall was open to outside air. Rooms were small.

You get what you pay for. The rooms were expected to be small, but the wall to wall carpeting has a musty smell. The AC was temperamental (maybe my fault) BUT the shower did not drain properly. But customer service was great and fast check out is so convenient.

Non sense super hot and stuffy room
I hate that the room dont have cool air conditioning, the room was so hot that i almost cant sleep, the wondow cant open either, what i can do to cool down the room is to open the door for a while, but still cant help much, hope that next time the room can at least open the window for a bit to let air flow into the room, or the hotel can provide fan for us to borrow, if not, i will not consider to stay in this hotel in winter again, by the way, the public bath and breakfast is not bad

Standard hotel, poor service.
Not a fan of the service at this hotel. Check in experience was poor and guests are not offered assistance to check-in at a machine despite 3 employees standing behind a counter. Likewise, I had one night in between my two reservations and the hotel refused to keep my bag until the next day which is never a problem at another property I frequently use in Shinjuku, Do better APA!

恋人とゆったり過ごしていたら、チェックアウト時間の30分前には清掃員の人が勝手に入ってきた。裸だったため最初は驚きでいっぱいだったが、だんだんと悲しい気持ちになり今も続いたままです。問い合わせのとこで、そのことを言ってみたが謝罪はされたが正直返金して欲しいくらいです。せっかく今まで、家族とも利用したことがあるくらいなのに今後利用するか不安になります。

All rooms has a very stinky smell from the toilet
Changed 3 rooms on different levels, all rooms has an awful smell like toilet drain explosives!!!!! So stinky. Luckily only staying 2 nights this time. Public onsen is too small but too many people. There’s no bathroom on the lobby level, very inconvenient. Will never ever stay here ever again.
