We were greeted by a very friendly receptionist who made us feel very welcome. The room was comfortable, clean with a very comfortable bed. It was also very quiet with great soundproofing between rooms Parking right outside the rooms would be very handy for those with disabilities. Seemed very handy to shops and cafes although we didn't have time for these on this occasion.

Great location near food places and buses. Good shower and good to have a manned reception until 8 pm instead of all this unmanned we will send you a code for a lock box/room that occurs these days. There is a bit of traffic noise as windows are not double glazed and near busy road.

Very tidy, the room contained everything you need to be self sufficient. Nice and sunny, good shower pressure. Very close to Massey University Albany campus which was the purpose of my stay.
