Clean w/great location but uncomfortable beds!
First time staying here and it will be my last, this hotel is overpriced in my opinion for the level of hospitality received. They only have a pool, no spa, and the pool area was super stuffy it was uncomfortable. Upon arrival at 9:30pm (after a 5.5 hour drive) I check in and the front desk lady was not very welcoming, she had the attitude of someone that didn't want to be there and I have received more of a warm welcome at a Motel 6 than I did here! I saw that they had a sign mentioning the pool is closed for construction so I asked her if the spa was down too and she said "There is no spa here!" I just assumed there was since there was a pool so that was my fault but she was super rude about it. I also asked her for extra pillows (which I requested upon booking as well) and I didn't receive extra pillows for my entire 3 night stay. Housekeeping was every day and they did a great job, everything in the room was clean so I appreciated that. The security of the hotel is great because you can't get to any floor other than the floor that you are staying on since you have to scan your room key to even ride in the elevator. The room was mediocre, pillowtop mattress was super hard and springy, very uncomfortable! There is no microwave in the rooms, super disappointing since I stayed for 3 nights, and the fridge did not get cold that entire trip. There are also no vending machines but they do provide 1 free bottle of water in your room and a $4 bottle of lifewater. Wont stay again.

Great front desk staff! Helpful and nice. We called down and they gave us a 1pm check-out too! I’m a gym rat and the Sheraton gyms are excellent. Great space and beautiful views!

We had a pleasant stay. The only surprise was that the full-sized beds were a little small. We assumed they would be queen but must have missed that if it was mentioned when booking the reservation.

Game Stay.
Great stay. Staff was very helpful with the cheapest way to get around town and T-Mobile Park for the game. Always a smile and greeting when you walked through the lobby or passed them in the halls. Room was very clean, comfortable and quiet when it was most needed. Great location, near Pike Market, and the fields.
