我是透過Hotels.com 訂的加大床房，但旅館說是透過攜程網訂的標準大床房。房間是恐怖的小，床的一側靠著牆壁，行李箱都無法打開。第二天一早加錢升等，終於換了一間加大床的房型。但是兩間房的床都一樣很不舒適。雖然清潔與裝潢服務都有三星級水準，但是床的舒適度恐怕連一星級都不到。最大優點是地點，附近有道地的杭州早餐美食，而且位於南宋御街的北段，避開了觀光人潮。交通也很方便。
