Nice high end hotel. Excellent friendly service. Had 2 x 2 bed penthouse apartments. Very well equipped. Comfortable beds and excellent AC. Well priced buffet breakfast 350 b Restaurant and wine bar too but we didn't try Music on Wed evenings when we were there Gym and pool ok but a bit small

We received an upgrade on our arrival to a one bedroom suite and it was fantastic. Everything about this hotel is first class. It’s a lovely quiet area but very close to everything including the beach and shopping. There’s a lovely bar across the road and a laundry so I could do my washing. Breakfast was really good with lots of choices. Will be staying here again when we visit Patong next time.

I moved into BYD at the last minute after a previous reservation had not planned out and I have to say BYD was just the place I was looking for! Very civilized, very welcoming, high quality in everything about the place like the physical infrastructure, the interactions with the staff and the food and beverage options. The hotel owner and manager are also on site quite a bit and I had some great interactions with them, which makes me much more inclined.to come back. There are a lot of hotels in Patong and on Phuket and BYD has figured out that it can distinguish itself through the highest quality of even the finest details! I will definitely come again!
