Walk distance to the beach
Love the decor of this property. Only 4 rooms with a pool in perfect location of Seminyak. Few minutes walk to the beach. Plenty of cafes, shops and restaurants by the property, yet it's quite as it's hidden.

Otroligt prisvärt! Ligger centralt och nära till allt. Absolut, vissa saker hade behövt uppdateras (trädgården är lite tråkig t ex) men jag kan också förstå att man kanske inte kunnat göra detta på grund av inkomstbortfallet covid orsakade. Rummet är rymligt, du får städning varje dag och nytt vatten. Bekväm säng och bra luftkonditionering. Stabilt Wi-Fi trots att det var en del regn när vi var där. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Det finns restauranger och shopping precis runt hörnet. Enda anmärkningen är att det var förvirrande med incheckningen då telefonnumret på Hotels inte stämmer. Det korrekta numret finns på deras hemsida. I övrigt rekommenderar jag det!

아담하고 좋은 호텔. 일단 위치가 정말 말도 안되게 좋다! 스미냑 중심가에 위치해 있기때문에 모든 곳이 걸어갈 만한 거리에 위치해있다. 도로로부터 조금 떨어져있어서 차소리나 시끄러운 소리도 들리지 않는다. 다만 화장실 하수구에서 살짝 이상한 냄새가 올라오는게 흠.

El lugar tiene una excelente ubicación. En general el lugar está bien pero le falta mucho mantenimiento a los cuartos en especial a los baños, lo cual los hace verse muy sucios.

Lovely quiet hotel
It’s amazing how quiet and peaceful this place is given its only 2 min from Seminyak Square. The rooms are really spacious and beautifully decorated. The bed so comfortable I slept really well. I was travelling as a solo female traveller and I felt safe in the hotel and going out after dark. There is always someone there at reception to greet you and help with anything you need.

Rigtig fint lille, privat hotel med i alt 4 værelser. Eminent placering i Seminyak med gode caféer lige uden for døren. Vil klart anbefale hotellet til andre!

In the heart of Seminyak area yet quiet! Plenty of restaurants, cafes and shops! Comfortable bed and especially the pillows which were firm enough for us who are side sleepers. The pool was nice and of decent size for a swim

Clean and really nice hotel!
Me and my two friends really enjoyed our stay at Room & Vespa 1. The room was very clean. They cleaned really good every day, got new bottles of water every day. The staff were so nice and helpful. All of them had a smile on their faces all the time. Helped us by borowing their indonesian phone when we needed too call the airport comcerning our lost luggage. Also took care of the luggage and texted me when it had arrived. The backyard with the pool is really calm and cosy. We really recomend this hotel!

Bästa läget.
Liten Villa med 4 rum mycket centralt i Seminyak. Personalen var mycket hjälpsamma och snälla. Stora fina rum inredda med speciella föremål. Ägarinnan har också ett galleri med antikviteter runt hörnan. Superfin innergård med underbar pool och solstolar. Riktigt bra boende!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The pool was lovely. Very conveniently located to cafes and restaurants nearby. We had a problem with the air conditioning the first night, but they moved us the second night to fix it so we were very happy with that.

A great place to stay.
It was an extremely comfortable stay. We had a lovely ground floor room overlooking a pool.It was very centrally located in Seminyak. The beach was a ten minute walk away. The staff was extremely pleasant, courteous and helpful. Very good value for money. We would definitely recommend it to our friends.
