Cheap family holiday
The hotel was family friendly with a great pool suitable for little ones. We walked off our terrace strsight into the pool. Breakfast very good. Meals cheap but tasty. The problem with this place is location. A taxi is required to go anywhere and the traffic is manic.

I found this hotel to be dated and unclean. Needs some serious work to get it back to what it could potentially be. The room was full of small bugs crawling across the floor. Received a call from front desk telling me to hurry up with my checkout - yet once I left the room I was made to wait 10 minutes at front desk before my checkout was processed.

A little out-of-the-way
The hotel was nice, but farther grom the beach than I had expected. They have a free shuttle to some popular places, but you need to reserve a seat in advance. Also, for my entire stay, I never had hot, or even warm, water to take a shower. The pool was awesome, and the people were friendly.

In general the staff were friendly and helpful. There were some issues with communication in English but most staff had a basic understanding and several were quite fluent. The kitchen worked 24/7 including breakfast and dinner. Breakfast was very popular with a wide selection of foods and the kitchen did a superb job under constant pressure. The waiting staff were great and the cleaning staff were fantastic. Highly recommend this hotel.
