Great location with balcony overlooking the river, with sounds of the rapids. Large room, comfortable bed, and good AC. Nice to have micro and fridge. Bathroom has mold in places, rust on light fixture and shower rod, and only one towel bar.

The location is excellent. It overlooks the babbling, west prong, Little Pigeon River. I think we had the best room in the place. We looked out onto the river and some trees and not the adjacent hotel. The staff was very friendly. The place is clean. The continental breakfast was no big deal, but there was plenty of it. I would have given a rating of five, except that the rooms need updating and maintenance.

Perfect getaway spot!

Perfect location! Very clean and GREAT views from the balcony. Will definitely stay here from now on. It is located at the far end of Gatlingburg, so if you want to miss all the traffic, the bypass is the perfect way to travel back and forth to Pigeon Forge.
